Core Hospitality was established as a sister company to Zleep Hotels, a Danish economy brand and operator. Zleep Hotels realized that there was a gap in the market, which could be leveraged through the company’s existing organizational competences, its (then) 14 years of experience, and its operating infrastructure. What was missing was an ambitious white label operator that could professionally operate a variety of brands across the Nordics for property investors.
Enter Core. Core professionally manages hotels for investors who want to maximize their business. We can participate in complete turnarounds, continuously optimize operations, and can quickly take over any property for operationally inexperienced investors and banks. We are the ideal partner in the Nordics for those investors that want to focus on what they do best while letting a strong operator take care of the daily activities. Our relationship with global hotel brands allows us to identify the best flag for the property, the market, and the site. The brand freedom maximizes the return on investment and minimizes the stabilization period for both newbuilds and rebranding projects.

Core Hospitality has Nordic roots with a strong network of hotels across the countries that make up the Nordics. Being a Nordic hotel operator, our collective values are ingrained in the way we do business. Nordic values are characterized by its focus on equality, happiness, and sustainability, among others. These do not set us apart but rather set standards for what we and others expect of us.
Curiosity sets us apart because we will always be open-minded to new suggestions, always searching for and testing better ways to operate our hotels. Core Hospitality is always curious about how processes can be optimized, how an innovative solution can be transferred from one property to another, how partnerships can improve current standards… and the list goes on. The important thing to understand is that we question the status quo and are eager to find new ways of cutting costs, reducing our environmental impact, and increasing happiness at work – all the while optimizing the property owners’ assets.
We work with large institutional investors, active Nordic investors, private investors, and with both independent brands and international mega brands. We manage properties that are located in primary, secondary, and even tertiary markets in the Nordics. This demands that we consider each property case-by-case, taking a holistic approach when suggesting how a given property should be developed and with what brand. The property, its location, the local environment, the competitor mix, owner preferences, and many other factors play a role in deciding on concept. Our holistic approach goes into all decision-making, ensuring more successful implementation of initiatives.
