Danish hotel operator hires new sales representative
September 10th, 2020
The Danish hotel operator Core Hospitality is elevating its sales activities by hiring Jonas Kentell to represent the company’s international hotel brands.
Jonas Kentell is the new sales representative at Core Hospitality. In his new role, Jonas will be representing the hotels Moxy Copenhagen Sydhavnen and Best Western Plus near Copenhagen Airport. During the current crisis, in which the hotel industry is especially hurt, passionate personalities such as Jonas are very much needed, according to Core Hospitality:
“We look very much forward to welcoming Jonas in his new position as sales representative. His personality and passion for the industry is exactly what we need in these times. We are optimistic about the future, but we are also realists and know that it will be a tough battle in the coming years. Having Jonas on board, we are much better prepared to fight that battle,” says Per Denker Sørensen, CEO of Core Hospitality.
Experienced salesperson
As of September 1st, Jonas Kentell takes on the role as sales representative of Core Hospitality and its franchise hotels. Jonas has many years’ experience in sales from Hilton, Crowne Plaza, Legoland, Scandic and, most recently, Atlantic Link.
“I look forward to becoming part of the journey that Core Hospitality has been on since 2017 and to contribute by making our two established hotels more visible in Copenhagen, Moxy Hotels in Sydhavnen and Best Western Plus in Kastrup. The hotels offer amazing opportunities, and I look forward to ensuring more guests will experience this,” says Jonas Kentell.
