Fairfield by Marriott and CodeNode Copenhagen join forces to elevate business events in Nordhavn
November 11th, 2025
A new collaboration between Fairfield by Marriott Copenhagen Nordhavn and CodeNode Copenhagen will make it significantly easier for companies to host professional events in the heart of Nordhavn. The combination of high-tech event facilities and international hotel standards offers organizers a seamless experience – from idea to evaluation.
Everything in one place
Through the partnership, companies gain access to CodeNode Copenhagen’s 500 m² high-tech event space and Fairfield by Marriott’s 222 rooms featuring modern Scandinavian design. This allows organizers to combine conferences, accommodation, and logistics all in one place without juggling multiple suppliers.
“For us, it’s about creating a seamless experience for our guests from the moment they arrive until they check out,” says Gritt Pitz, Senior Sales Manager at Core Hospitality. “Together with CodeNode Copenhagen, we can deliver both comfort and experiences at a level that makes a lasting impression.”
A car through the window paved the way
The partnership was truly put to the test in October 2025, when Nissan used CodeNode Copenhagen and Fairfield by Marriott for the launch of its electric car, the Leaf. The event brought together several hundred guests and even required a window to be removed so the car could drive directly into the venue.
“It’s not every day you remove a window to get a car into a conference room,” says Oliver Z. L. Kristoffersen, Business Unit Leader from CodeNode Copenhagen. “But that’s exactly what we stand for. Finding solutions to challenges and creating events that people remember.”
Flexible spaces for corporate meetings and events
From product launches and conferences to leadership meetings and seminars – the partnership caters to companies looking to bring everything together in professional surroundings close to both the city center and the harbor. Participants can focus on the agenda, while Fairfield by Marriott and CodeNode Copenhagen take care of the rest.
